How To Prepare A Chicken-Liver Meat Smoothie

  • Blender
  • Chopping board
  • Kitchen knife

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken liver
  • 1 ½ glass of plain yogurt
  • 1 glass of protein powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of sea salt
  • ½ tablespoon of curry powder
  • A handful of strawberries to taste
  • 2 glasses of water
  • Vegetable cooking oil
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Slice the liver into small pieces on the chopping board.

Pour the liver pieces into the blender, add a glass of water, and blitz until smooth.

Set the pan on fire and pour the vegetable oil around the base of the pan until hot.

Pour the chicken liver puree into the pan, sprinkle the curry powder to add taste, and cook under minimum heat for 10-15 while stirring.

The liver should turn from reddish pink to brown when ready.

Allow the liver to cool for about 3-5 minutes while you wash your blender.

Add the pre-cooked chicken liver, protein powder, yogurt, 1 glass of water, and sea salt into the blender.

Set the blender on high performance and blitz until the mixture is smooth to your desired consistency.

Pour the chicken-liver meat smoothie into a glass and enjoy. You may add ice cubes to taste.

Note

This is just my way of preparing a chicken-liver meat smoothie; you can be as experimental as possible.

Additionally, this particular chicken-liver meat smoothie has very high protein levels and may only be suitable for weight gainers and muscle builders. Consume in tiny portions.
