5 Minute Pineapple Ginger Syrup

This incredibly quick and easy syrup adds the tropical flavor of pineapple and the zesty spice of ginger to cocktails, mocktails, and lemonades.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup pineapple juice (I used Dole unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp ginger juice (I used The Ginger People)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Secure the lid on the jar and shake until the sugar dissolves.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
