How to Make Honey Syrup

This easy recipe turns any honey into a liquid syrup that can be easily mixed into hot or cold drinks.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine honey and water in a measuring cup or mason jar.
  • Stir until the honey dissolves, about 30 seconds.
  • Add one ounce of vodka or grain alcohol to help the syrup last longer (optional).
  • Store in a covered container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
