Whey Protein: Whey protein is some of the best for helping you to lose body fat, to gain muscle, and to dramatically increase your overall strength. Whey protein itself is isolated from something called whey, which is found inside natural milk. Whey separates from milk during the process of making cheese.

Typically, whey comes flavored and is added to smoothies to be a nutritional boost that tastes good. Whey is also great because it digests relatively quickly.

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

This is the greenest of green smoothies. We’re going to use 5 cups of fresh spinach to create a super-powerful health smoothie with lots of vitamin A, potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. The smoothie tastes great, it takes just five minutes to make, and you can enjoy one every morning as a way to moderate weight loss and continue a healthy lifestyle.

This smoothie is also totally vegan and free of dairy. You can use whatever protein powder you want, though I do recommend sticking with a vegan powder to remain healthy.


  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Apples (Skin on)
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 5 Cups Spinach
  • ¾ Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds + Hemp Seeds + Flaxseeds


  • The first step is to add all the ingredients into your blender. When it comes to the chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flaxseeds, these are optional and you can use as many as you have handy.
  • Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth. If you need to tweak the consistency, simply add another half cup of coconut water.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this intoxicating green protein smoothie.
